Minimum stay:

Feb-May:  7 nights

Check-In:

Check in Saturday - after 3 pm. Check out Saturday - 10 am.  Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Deposits:

Deposits are $250 per week, and must be made in cash, travelers check, money order, or certified funds and are non-refundable. 

Other Fees:

End of term cleaning fees:

• $75 for Gulf cottage
• $50 for Patio cottage
• $50 for Garden cottage 

Taxes: All rentals subject to 12% Florida occupancy tax.

Cancellation Policy:

No refunds less than 60 days prior to arrival.
